There is some noise disturbance in the rooms due to the thin walls that allow neighbouring guests' sounds to be heard.

During my recent stay in Erbil, I found some pleasant aspects of the hotel. the staff was very hospitable and always available to help. the hotel had an excellent location with easy access to the city center. the room facilities, such as a fridge and kettle, were useful.
Some negative aspects marred my experience. the breakfast was poor, and there were complaints from other guests about the lack of food.

The noise levels from the neighbouring rooms were quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The music from the reception was also quite loud and could be heard in the room.
